The NLVBA is in its' formative stages. As revitalization takes effect, there are numerous historic and modern buildings and locations available to be occupied, rented, purchased or built. You can be a part of the continued planning of North Lake Avenue into a prosperous & vital neighborhood village.

If you are a business owner located along Lake Avenue north of the 210 Freeway you are welcome to join us.


We usually meet every first Tuesday of the month at 9:30 a.m. at the P.E.C. (Pasadena Enterprise Center) but please call Raoul Pascual (626) 376-4599 to verify.

WHAT'S NEW


Calling all tree planters! Come help plant trees for Arbor Day April 18. We'll meet in front of Fire Station 33 at 515 North Lake Avenue, just north of Villa Street. Meeting time is 8 A.M. (Please note that there is plenty of parking available behind 500 North Lake Avenue.)

We will be planting 30 Trees on Lake Avenue. Refreshments will be provided and Hot Dogs will be served at the end of the event!
